Our mission is to encourage, support and promote business in Jefferson
County.
The Madison Area Chamber of Commerce works to be The
Voice of Business for Madison and Jefferson County, Indiana. The Madison
Area Chamber of Commerce works daily to provide assistance to
businesses, prospective residents and visitors to our community.
The Chamber, which was founded in 1924, has grown to
represent the interests of more than 350 area businesses. A strong
Chamber of Commerce equates to a vibrant business climate and a secure
community.
One of the primary benefits of membership in the
Madison Area Chamber of Commerce is being able to network and interact
with business, industry, community leaders and other potential
customers. One networking opportunity is the Chamber's monthly Business
After Hours event, held at a different business each month. Yearly
events include the Annual Dinner, Job Fair, Golf Tournament, Soup Stew
Chili & Brew, and Expo/Small Business Dinner.

Small Business Development Center and the Venture Out Business Center,
